If you are on a hosted site (using something like: http://www.geocities.com/~yourname) you you will need a special link code to link back, and should fill in your entire url except for the "http://www." part. Example: yahoo.com

The title of your site. This will be used to link back to your site. Please try to keep it similar to the sites contents.

Describe your sites contents, what you offer, etc. This may or may not be used on this site, but even if it is not displayed the webmaster may decide to display descriptions in the future.

Where do you want this site to send traffic? This should be your link to url. If you are using a traffic script include the entire url to the tracking script here. Example: http://www.yoursite.com/index.html
